Ever since there has been an outside (technically, there has always been an outside but it wasn’t until there was an inside that mankind realized that there was an outside), mankind has wanted to measure the outside temperature using an outdoor thermometer. Most historians agree that the prime motivation for this was as an aid in the clothes-choice-decision-making-process. In order to remain completely objective and unbiased I must, however, mention that this theory is not universally accepted as there remains some dispute as to whether the invention of clothes preceded the invention of inside, however, let me not further digress from this discussion of the history of the outdoor thermometer.
Now it’s possible to find a better form of enteratinment, in the guise of a brilliant ventriloquist act called Achmed The Dead Terrorist – yay!
Achmed the death terrorist is touted as being one of the most hilarious things to hit 2008, 2009, 2010 and beyond. He is a fictional comical puppet (made personally by his owner Jeff Dunham ) who appears as the skeletal remains of a very poorly executed suicide bomb attack that went wrong.
So what is the solution to curb this increasing stress menace? If we see internet statistics, jokes, quote and sayings, funny pictures rank among top 50 searched items. So the best way to be happy is to spend 5-10 minutes per day reading jokes, quotes or seeing funny pictures. But now the other problem also arises, i.e. internet is filled with so much stuff which parents don’t want the children to see. Normally all of Jeff Dunham’s puppet dolls have been affectionately welcomed by all audiences around the globe but, in typical fashion Achmed has been caught red handed with some witty remarks that got him excluded by the South African Advertising Authority because of various sacred comments. This is a sad reflection on the world, when a bit of clowning goes too far – comical in the majority, but offensive to a few.
Anyhow, if you like the sound of this hilarious dummy by Jeff Dunham, then you’ll find that Achmed the dead terrorist is back! The next time you are could do with a fun-filled time fix then I suggest you spend an evening laughing at Achmed the terrorist. It will make sure your next few moments are definitely brightened up!

When preparing a funny groom speech the pitch is somewhere between the speech of the father of the bride and that of the best man. The speech of the father most of the time is solemn while the speech of the best man is outright hilarious. The speech of the groom is deemed appropriate when it is sincere and formal even while being funny from time to time.

And god it is lame to start your joke with the punch line. And then, no matter how intoxicated you already are, keep off the Beauty and the Beast story. Sure your wife is the beauty, exquisite in fact, but your mother in law may not resemble your bride a bit and someone in the audience might just glance at her mother, you know?
By this time, your best man must already be done with his speech and have won some very good laughs. Tear him down to shreds while being friendly about it. The audience that is primed to laugh will regard character assassinating the best man as fair game.
In any event the word is respectable humor. A funny groom speech is not to outdo the hilarity that the best man got away with.
